This 201m2 home has real street appeal, from its straight lines, the contrasting claddings and an entry that welcomes you in Inside, the main living is open plan with high gabled ceilings. The cedar wood cladding compliments this design with the classic colour combination of black and white. Keeping the feature ceilings a stand out point. This home features beautiful architecture with a real focus on functionality.

The client’s investment property needed some love….we wanted a contemporary colour scheme, so we went with tones of grey to compliment the bright green entry door!
Built in 2010 this 149m2 modern styled townhouse has low maintanence claddings and great street appeal.
We needed to make sure the concrete blocks were sealed and also the rough sawn fence were needing some TLC.
The exterior is low maintenance, so this structure will look great for years to come.

The clients needed some guidance on colours to suit the weathered look of the distressed timber details. We needed to incorporate the aluminium joinery to form a cohesive look.

This 376m2 Mediterranean-style, solid masonry home was designed and built in 1990 as a traditional home with classic features reminiscent of the architecture from Southern Europe. The grounds of the home are beautifully landscaped with solid walls, pool, lake, courtyards and plantings that support the desire for privacy. This intelligent design incorporates many authentic European features, while using NZ Native Rimu on all Frames and Feature doors. We wanted to enhance the natural beauty of this gem with a colour scheme for the interior that signified the style of this beautiful home.
